Send Whatsapp Request
Using a Computer
- Open your WhatsApp via this link: https://web.whatsapp.com/ in the same browser.
- On your RevieWise dashboard, go to "Get Reviews" > "WhatsApp".
- Enter the customer's name and phone number (must include prefix).
- Check the option "I have consent to send messages to this contact".
- Click "Request a Review".
- On the window/tab that opens, click "Continue to Chat".
- Choose "use WhatsApp Web". Clicking this will display a starting chat message.
- Once your WhatsApp messages are loaded, send your request.
Using a Phone
Ensure that pop-ups are enabled on your phone browser's settings.
- On your RevieWise dashboard, go to "Get Reviews" > "WhatsApp".
- Enter the customer's name and phone number (must include prefix).
- Check the option "I have consent to send messages to this contact".
- Click "Request a Review".
It will open WhatsApp with the pre-loaded message ready to be sent.
Note:
- At the moment you can only send one message at a time.
- You will get the error message below if you fail to follow the guidelines for the phone number.
