Send SMS Request

• On the left sidebar, click "Get Reviews" then "SMS".
  
• In the SMS section, enter the customer's name and phone number.
• Note: The "Name" should not contain any special characters, and the "Number" must include the prefix/country code (e.g. +44 for country code 44).
• If you upload a CSV file, it must have 2 columns: name, number. The number must follow the same format (e.g. +393466163366). The maximum supported length for CSV files is 100.
• No spaces are allowed in the number.
• Only the landing page URL is allowed in the template.
• Check the option "I have consent to send messages to this contact".
• Click "Request a Review" to send your invite.

Note: You will get the error message below if you fail to follow the guidelines.
