Google Integration
Link your business's Google Business Profile to import your Google reviews.
- You need to have admin access to an existing Google Business Profile that is verified, has a location, and is public. If you do not have one, please create one by following the steps at: How to add or claim your Business Profile on Google
- Ensure your browser's pop-up blocker is INACTIVE.
Steps to follow:
- Go to the "Settings" > "Integrations" page.
- Click on Google "Integrate", then choose the following integration method:
Option A. Grant Access Method (Highly Recommended):
- Click on "Log in with Google".
- Choose an account with admin access to the Google Business Profile.
- Click "Continue" to allow access to your Google account.
- In the next window, select and integrate the intended Google Business Profile. If it's not visible, your Google account lacks admin access.
- Click "Integrate Google" and upon success, a message will appear. Allow some time for the app to import your Google reviews.
Option B. Public Access Method (For Demo Purposes Only):
- For public access integration, the app imports the 5 past reviews only and will not auto-update. Additionally, replying within the app is not possible.
- Integrate by searching for your Google Business Profile using the search box, inputting either the GBP name or location.
- Select your business and click "Integrate". Upon success, a message will appear. Allow some time for the app to import your Google reviews.
