SMS Service Integration

The SMS Service feature enables you to connect to your preferred messaging provider for sending review requests via SMS. Currently, we support Telnyx and Twilio.

Note: For sending SMS to United States numbers, your connected phone must have an approved 10DLC or toll-free campaign.

Steps to follow:

1. On the left sidebar, click on "Settings".
2. Select "SMS Service".
3. How to: Telnyx Setup and Twilio Setup.
