Negative Experience

For 1, 2, or 3-star reviews, customers see the Negative Experience page. Dissatisfied customers are prompted to leave their contact information for private follow-up.
  • On the left sidebar, click "Review Link".
  • Next, click the ☰ Edit menu > "Negative Experience".

Disable Negative Feedback

  • You can choose to disable the display of the Negative Feedback page by selecting "Star filter disabled", as shown below:
