Email notifications and replies

This section allows you to set up alerts so that you are notified whenever you receive a new review on the integrated platforms, negative feedback, or a video testimonial.


Steps to follow:

  1. On the left sidebar, click on "Settings".
  2. Select "Notifications".
  3. Ensure the "Notifications" toggle is switched on.

Then, proceed to enter your email address in the following fields:

  • Email for Notifications:
    • In the “Notifications” box, add the email that will be notified whenever you receive a new review, negative feedback, or video testimonial.
  • Email for Replies to Review Requests:
    • In the "Replies" box, add the email that will receive replies made to review requests via email.
